1. Booking and Payments

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order and secure your date.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the pickup or delivery.

2. Design and Customization

Inspiration Photos: While I strive to match inspiration images provided by the client, please note that all cakes are handmade works of art. Exact replicas are not guaranteed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: If you want to cancel your order please contact a few days before your order

Refunds: Once an order has been picked up or delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued and also no refunds if the cake is already made or the cancellation was not made on time

4. Collection and Delivery

Pickup/Delivery: Once the cake leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage caused during transport. We recommend placing cakes on a flat surface (like the floor of the car) with the AC on.

Delivery is Usually through uber but please ensure a contact person is available at the delivery location. If no one is available to receive the cake, it will be returned to the bakery, and a re-delivery fee will apply

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Disclaimer: Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests of potential allergens.

6. Storage and Consumption

Care Instructions: Specific storage instructions (refrigeration vs. room temperature) will be provided upon collection. We are not responsible for cakes that collapse or melt due to improper storage after handover.
